These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and bos288 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by bos288.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "I Agree" button, making a deposit, or simply browsing the BOS288 website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are also considered part of this agreement.

BOS288 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and use bos288's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• An individual acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any business entity or third party

• Has never had an account closed or been banned from the BOS288 platform previously
• Not currently on any voluntary self-exclusion list or enforced exclusion list
• Register and play using true, accurate, and up-to-date personal information

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at bos288. Registration of multiple accounts, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and considered fraudulent.

Upon registration, you are responsible for providing true and complete information including your full name as per your ID, active phone number, valid email address, and accurate banking details. False or inaccurate information may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals.

• You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Notify bos288 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization
• BOS288 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a member sharing their login credentials
• KYC verification may be requested at any time and must be completed within 7 working days

BOS288 accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and other methods listed on the platform. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by selected payment method. Current deposit limits can be checked on the deposit page within your account. BOS288 reserves the right to change deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

• All deposits must come from an account registered in the member's own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your BOS288 account within 1–5 minutes
• BOS288 does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact customer support with proof of transaction

Members may submit withdrawal requests at any time provided all eligibility requirements are met. All withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same member's name. BOS288 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods different from those used for the last deposit.

Withdrawal processing time ranges from 30 minutes to 4 working hours depending on the payment method and account verification status. Withdrawals submitted on public holidays or outside banking operating hours may take longer.

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request is processed
• BOS288 reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits
• Withdrawals involving bonuses are subject to rollover requirements that must be fulfilled first
• Accounts suspected of fraud may have withdrawals withheld pending completion of an investigation

The rollover requirement (wagering requirement) is the minimum condition that must be met before any withdrawal can be made from a balance containing bonus funds. BOS288 expects all members to interact with the platform and fellow users with respect and responsibility. Conduct that violates community standards or breaks the law will be taken seriously.

• The use of offensive language, threats, or harassment toward support staff and other members is strictly prohibited
• Sharing or selling your account to another party is strictly prohibited
• Using funds obtained through illegal means for deposits is strictly prohibited
• Making false claims or manipulating the system to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited
• Spreading false information about BOS288 on social media or other platforms is strictly prohibited
• Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location is strictly prohibited

BOS288 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to do so. All account suspension or closure decisions made by BOS288 are final.

Members may also voluntarily request to close their own account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

• Valid balances (excluding bonuses) will be refunded to the member upon account closure at their own request
• Accounts closed due to terms violations are not eligible for balance refunds
• Members wishing to close their account for responsible gaming reasons can receive additional support
• Transaction records of closed accounts are retained for a minimum of 5 years in accordance with legal requirements

• BOS288 is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses
• BOS288 is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control

BOS288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

For material and significant amendments, bos288 will endeavour to notify members via email or in-platform notice at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. However, it remains the member's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain compliant with the current terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where bos288 is licensed and operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties.

If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or a recognized alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. Members agree not to initiate any legal action without first submitting a formal complaint to bos288 and allowing a reasonable period for resolution.

• bos288's decision in any dispute is final and binding on all members
